The people of the country were outraged when the court issued a legal notice on a settled issue after the court ruled that the state religion Islam was still in force in 2016. Various political parties strongly condemned and protested. The notice was subsequently withdrawn; The information was given in a notification on Wednesday, August 19.
The Bengali translation of the English word secularism is shown as ‘secularism’, which is an overall hoax. Because the real meaning of the word is irreligion, irrelevance to religion, materialism, or worldliness.
All these meanings have been given in some reliable books in Europe, the origin of this doctrine itself. But the meaning of secularism is shown by hiding the real meaning from the people for the base purpose of easily swallowing this idle doctrine.
Arabic speakers were not spared from such deceptions. The main purpose of this erroneous and kufr doctrine is to incite hatred against Islam and Islamic teachings. Islamic penal code, worship, transactions, and conduct are the eyesore of this doctrine. There was worldly interest and the main goal was to follow the instinct. Its slogan is to separate religion from the state.
The flag bearers of this doctrine condemn the religious people as conservative, an obstacle to progress and backward. Undoubtedly, these materialists are more dangerous for the Muslim Ummah than the hypocrites of the first age; Rather, they are more harmful than any group that has gone astray '(Al-Almaniyah wa Chimaruhal Khabishah, p. 3).
There are two forms of this doctrine:
(1) Direct atheism. The issue of such secularists is clear to Muslims. As a result, this form is less dangerous to the public.
(2) Indirect atheism. Its flag bearers do not directly express atheism. However, it does not mean the authority of religion in any worldly matter. This kind of secularism is relatively dangerous in deceiving people. Both types of secularism are blatant blasphemies. In the Holy Qur'an, accepting some rules of Islam and abandoning some rules is considered as Kufr (Al-Baqarah, 2/85).
Moreover, he who rejects anything that is proven in Islam is a kaafir and a misguided person, even though the amount of his rejected subject is very small. In addition, secularists have more reasons to leave Islam. They consider other ideologies better than the ideals of the Prophet (sm) and other judgments better than his judgments (‘Al-Almaniyah’, pp. 15-19). Born in Europe in the 1700s,
some of the most frightening aspects of this secularism are:
(1) They disregard Islam and its rules.
(2) Its flag bearers distort Islamic history and infiltrate various lies. They distort Islamic civilization.
(3) They destroyed the religious education system and introduced their doctrinal education system there.
And for this purpose they do-
a. By changing the curriculum and syllabus, it includes the secular curriculum and syllabus of the West.
B. Religious education shrinks in various ways. One of them is to try to keep the religious subject as an additional subject so that it becomes unimportant.
C. Prohibits the teaching of religious subjects which may strike at the root of secularism.
D. Distorts various statements of the Qur'an-Sunnah.
E. Deendar tries to keep teachers away from teaching and campus and discourages students from associating with them.
(4) Outwardly they speak of keeping everyone on the same standard and equal status without discriminating between Muslims, Jews, Christians, and atheists, but in fact, they give priority to infidels, atheists, and criminals over Tauhid Muslims.
(5) They promote arrogance, obscenity, and degradation of character and seek to destroy the healthy social order by breaking family rules and regulations. And for this the steps they take-
a. According to them, adultery, homosexuality, etc. include individual freedom. So they do not like to be punished for it.
B. Approves and participates in anti-decency newspapers, magazines, and radio-television.
C. Prohibits veils everywhere, including schools, colleges, universities, and encourages the free association of children.
(6) They obstruct the Islamic call in various ways.
(7) Muslims who do not compromise with their so-called secularism are harassed in various ways and do not hesitate to be expelled from the world.
(8) They deny the necessity of jihad, the highest peak of Islam, forbid jihad, and portray it as militancy.
(9) They call for nationalism and patriotism. To them, the criterion of unity is nationalism, language, territory, or any worldly interest. It is not in their constitution to unite on the basis of religion, but in their view, religion is a major cause of disunity and division (Ai, pp. 21-27).
In contrast, Islam is the name of a complete system of life full of eternal goodness and generosity for world humanity. This way of life did not allow any human being to stay away, not to do injustice to four-legged animals. It did not give the opportunity to do injustice to the minorities living in the Muslim state. Because the root of the word Islam means peace and security.
The purpose of Islam is peace and security in this world and liberation in the hereafter. The teaching of Islam is to ensure the overall welfare of the people and to protect them from all evils. Islam has all the provisions for the overall welfare of this world and liberation in the hereafter.
Its principles and ideals are far above all other principles and norms. For it is from God, the Wise. Islam is the name of the way of life of kindness and justice.
That is why the Prophet (sm) was sent as a mercy for the whole world (Al-Ambiya, 21/107).
Everyone in his kingdom lived in peace and security. Jews and Nazarenes lived safely next to Muslims with their lives, property, and places of worship.
The Prophet (sm) used to invite them with wisdom and good advice for the great cause of establishing Tauhid, but he did not force anyone. He used to treat them well and instruct them to do sahabaye keram. Unjustly he never shed the blood of any of them.
The freedom, justice, tolerance, and compassion that people of all religions, castes, and faiths get under the shadow of Islam has never been and will never be found in any other religion and civilization. Islam wants to eradicate all polytheism and establish Tauhid on earth. But the religion does not force anyone to enter Islam (Al-Baqarah, 2/256, Yunus, 10/99).
A Jewish boy used to serve the Prophet (sm). Once he fell ill, the Prophet (sm) came to see him. He sat down on his head and told her to accept Islam. Then he looked at his father and the father said, you obey the words of Abul Qasim (the Prophet (sm)). He converted to Islam (Bukhari, H / 1356).
Islam also calls for justice for non-Muslims (Al-Maidah, 5/8).
Showing grace to them is also a principle of Islam (Al-Mumtahina, 60/8).
Even if the parents are infidels, taking advantage of them is the initiation of Islam (Luqman, 31/15).
Islam strictly forbids the shedding of blood and interference in the affairs of non-Muslims (Bukhari, H / 3169).
Islam has also ensured the rights of the disbelieving neighbors (An-Nisa, 4/36; Al-Adabul Mufrad, H / 128).
The Prophet (sm) predicted the conquest of Egypt and befriended the infidels there (Muslim, H / 2543).
He said to the people of Makkah after the conquest of Makkah, ‘There is no blame on you today. Go, today you are all free '(Subulul Huda, 5/242).
The Prophet (sm) has given a stern warning to a contracted infidel if he oppresses him or gives him less than he deserves or burdens him beyond his means or takes something from him out of his dissatisfaction (Abu Dawud, H / 3052).
The Prophet (sm) himself used to deal with non-Muslims (Bukhari, H / 2916).
After all, once when he stood by the side of the Prophet (sm) carrying a corpse, he was told that the corpse belonged to a Jew. Then he said, isn't he human? (Bukhari, H / 1312; Muslim, H / 961).
Islam also has rules for exchanging gifts with them to attract their hearts to Islam (Ar-Rawzul Unuf, 1/48; Tarikh Tabari, 4/260).
Omar (ra) made a treaty with the Christians of Baitul Maqbades with the security of life, property, church, etc. (Tarikh Tabari, 3/609).
Amr ibn al-'Ash Poo made a similar treaty (Ai, 4/109).
The non-Muslims themselves have acknowledged the generosity and tolerance of Islam.
Thomas Arnold rightly said, ‘Since the 1st century AH, the Arab conquerors have shown great generosity towards Christians, and this generosity has continued into the following centuries. That is why we can say with certainty that the Christian communities that came under the shadow of Islam came voluntarily. Christians living among Muslims in our time are the best proof of this generosity '(Ad-Dawa Ilal Islam, p. 99).
What is proved by all these teachings of Islam? Are people of other religions living in Islamic states insecure? Has Islam taken away their honor by entering any region victoriously? Has Islam forced its own religion on them? Didn't Islam instruct us to be kind to other nations if we did not conspire? So what is the purpose of repeated calls for secularism in this country? Why the misguided attempt to destabilize a stable environment?
The purpose is nothing more than to make the people of this country, who believe in the Oneness of God, an unbelieving nation. To spread the filthy culture of arrogance, obscenity, and character degradation in the western world like the tailed fox in the pious society of this country. Through this, they want to rob their mothers and sisters of their honor and dignity. Wants to make them business products. The address of happiness and peace by breaking family discipline and bonds seeks to disrupt the family and society.
About 90% of Muslims will have Islam as the state religion in this country, InshaAllah. May Allah Almighty grant us the tawfiq to understand and obey. Amen!
